Jewellery Returns
We accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unmarked, and undamaged jewellery or necklaces within 30 days of the date of purchase. (14 days during the sales period).
Returns in store FREE
Return your jewellery or necklaces at any of our stores with no extra charge. The return process usually takes 1 week to 10 days. Once processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be credited to the original payment method after the return is completed.
